These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Unitvara website and any holiday package, itinerary, or travel service booked with Unitvara Group (Universal Tours & Travel), headquartered in Bikaner, Rajasthan. By browsing this website or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once the applicable advance payment has been received and acknowledged by our desk in writing (WhatsApp or email). Flights, hotels, and vehicles are arranged manually by our team through our business travel accounts after your advance is received — confirmation of exact hotel/flight inventory is subject to availability at the time of processing.
3. Pricing
Package prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and are based on the inclusions listed on the specific package page. Prices may vary with seasonality, group size, and hotel category selected. Any government taxes, entry fees to monuments, or personal expenses not explicitly listed as "included" are payable separately.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all travelers at check-in.
- Travelers are responsible for arriving on time at pickup points and for any losses caused by delays on their part.
- Unitvara is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary (such as sightseeing order or hotel substitution with an equivalent category) due to local conditions, safety, or availability, while keeping the overall trip value equivalent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
